What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance Program in compliance with FAA Part 135/145 regulations
- Drive company-wide compliance across operations and maintenance
- Plan and execute internal audits, external/vendor audits, and inspections
- Own and track Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to closure
- Act as the primary liaison with FAA and external auditors
- Oversee quality documentation, manuals, and training records
- Lead root cause analysis and trend monitoring to identify systemic issues
- Deliver actionable QA metrics and reports to senior leadership
- Manage and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
