NTS is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Assurance to lead and elevate our FAA Part 135/145 Quality Assurance program. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a proven aviation QA professional who thrives in fast-paced, safety-critical environments and wants to make a direct operational impact.
In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership, maintenance teams, flight operations, and regulatory agencies to ensure the highest standards of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company Quality Assurance Program in compliance with FAA Part 135/145 regulations
- Ensure regulatory compliance across flight operations and maintenance activities
- Plan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and operational inspections
- Manage Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) through successful closure
- Serve as the primary liaison with FAA inspectors and external auditors
- Oversee QA manuals, procedures, documentation, and training records
- Perform root cause analysis and trend monitoring to identify systemic issues
- Develop and present QA metrics, findings, and compliance reports to leadership
- Maintain and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL)
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience managing Quality Assurance programs within FAA Part 135 and/or Part 145 environments
- Prior leadership experience in aviation quality, compliance, or safety management
- Deep understanding of FAA regulations, audits, inspections, and compliance systems
- Experience leading CAPA investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with regulators and executive leadership
- Background in rotor-wing or commercial aviation operations strongly preferred
