Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst – Experienced Leadership Facilitator (Level 3) to support the BPS Leadership Development Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

In this role, you will partner with leaders to be Facilitators of Transformation and have a deep interest in growing others. Team members will have a natural, confident presence and communicate clearly, in order to be able to convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences. Successful candidates will exemplify our BPS/Lean principles & methodologies. They will also be able to provide insight and application of practical and effective leadership and personal development topics.
Position Responsibilities:
Interact and provide feedback to Program Leadership
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Attend and support tier meetings and value stream teams in assigned area
Conduct workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
Utilize Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) to identify root cause issues
Develop and document innovative solutions in support of team goals
Conduct learning requirements analysis and set learning objectives
Support development of SOJT plans, guided skills practices (GSPs), and team cross training initiatives
Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry
3+ years of experience partnering on cross-functional teams
1+ years of experience in planning and facilitation of workshops/learning events
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others
5+ years of experience with LEAN, TOC or other advanced QMS/SMS systems
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
