Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to support the Bomber Aircraft Operations Team based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will partner with our cross-functional support teams, program leadership, and subject matter experts on process improvements, strategic business transformation initiatives, and lean-based projects to increase efficiency and improve both first-pass quality and safety. Utilizing Root cause corrective action and Lean methodologies, you will have the chance to identify, create solutions, and lead projects that will create value for the program. You will help drive business planning and decision-making, operations, and business insights up and down the BDS value stream.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results.
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift

Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace.
• 3+ years of experience working in operations or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 20 of the time.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Pay range: $73,100 - $98,900
