Description:Join our team as a Production Control Staff Lead, where youll be pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless production processes. Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from mitigating production constraints to establishing efficient processes. Youll oversee the management of kit/WIP space, ensuring material availability, and proactively addressing shortages.
As a leader in our team, youll provide vital support to material controllers, facilitating ECD generation and Rapid Response maintenance. Your expertise will be instrumental in expediting the needs of priority parts and coordinating ASCR activities with Final/Flight line operations. Youll manage part delivery and staging, including handling hazardous materials (HAZMAT), managing supplier parts (MSP), point-of-use (POU) materials, and other production materials.
With a keen eye for detail, youll track and mitigate shortages, collaborating closely with various departments such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Fabrication (FAB), Flight Worthiness Test (FWT), Procurement and Inventory (PIN), and other stakeholders involved in parts flow. Youll also be responsible for production order rescheduling and attending daily boardwalks to address production needs promptly.
Ensuring data integrity in SAP and coordinating Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be part of your core responsibilities. Additionally, youll lead expedited efforts for critical customer parts, guaranteeing timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of our team, youll monitor and manage key performance indicators related to Production Control shop floor activities, ensuring efficient parts movement and requirement planning.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
