What You Will Be Doing
This is a Production Control Lead position, supporting F35 HT/VT Coating Team, ADP Mar production teams, F22 Canopy shop. This position will require candidate to have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Candidate will be mentoring and guiding a team of 5 employees in PC and warehousing support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Continued set up of warehouse tied to MAR ADP:
• Kitting methodology
• Material Master Management
• MSP bin set up
• POU and Chemical processes supporting ADP build
• Warehouse infrastructure, including set up of VLM
• Management of system health, ensuring SAP requirements/stock are clean and reflect reality, timely stock put away, and kit issuance
• Working with IE to develop kit scheduling, and have kits built ahead of ready for the production team


Production Control Support ADP and HT/VT, responsibilities include:
• Shortage tracking and expediting
• QADs queue, Material Survey, Kit delivery and staging, working expedites to stock
• Large component coordination and shipping plan to FWT
• MMAS suite, including aging orders
• Maintain dispatch list for Coatings back shop, with a push to on time start/on time complete for production orders that flow into shop
• Partner with Items Analyst to manage incoming MICAP CRO

Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working in a Manufacturing &/or Production Operations environment
• Working knowledge SAP &/or equivalent MRP system
• Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)

• Knowledge of supporting Production activities with the ability to process unscheduled work
• Knowledge of components built by SCM and process flow to Marietta
• Knowledge of MMAS compliance
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be innovative and pro-active in the area of continuous improvement
• Ability to challenge the status quo, multi-task, and coordinate shortage meetings and drive issues to closure
• Experience in a Union Environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
