Develop and maintain components of integrated master schedules supporting multiple mission requirements across various locations. Provide planning, scheduling, and program execution support through schedule development, analysis, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination. Support program management activities by evaluating schedule performance, contractual impacts, and program execution metrics.

* Bachelor's degree with 9-15 years of experience or Master's degree with 7-13 years of experience
* Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Possess 5+ years of experience with cost and/or schedule integration
* Lead cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
* Deliver presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

* Support Capture, Research and Development, and Production Scheduling requirements and dependencies
* Perform work supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs Job Duties & Functions
* Assist in the development and maintenance of Program Integrated Master Schedule components
* Support proposal schedule development activities
* Review and support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development
* Advise Program Management regarding contractual impacts and critical program events
* Ensure communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams
* Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis
* Develop knowledge and application of Earned Value Management principles
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production organizations
* Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required
* Support multiple mission requirements located across various locations
* Perform planning and scheduling activities independently as a self-starter
