Job Description:

Pay Rate: $42-54

Responsibilities:
• Develop and support strategic scheduling activities to achieve enterprise program goals
• Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecasts
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis
• Develop and present schedule metrics for varying levels of leadership
• Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables
• Manage schedule data for complex programs
• Generate reports from the IMS depicting scheduling conflicts and issues and brief stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop and work closely with internal and external customers to fully satisfy program schedule requirements.
• Support internal monthly and quarterly program reviews
• Incorporates changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each project to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
• Recommend recoveries to schedule by way of scenario analysis and trades
• Strategic business partner with the Program Management Team
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline and 6-10 yrs. experience.
• Must have a strong background and Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and in Cost Management/Planning/Scheduling.
• Experience with Deltek Opp / and Cobra , suggested or similar
• Experience with other Deltek modules helpful, like Acumen
• Highly desire previous DOD and cost/scheduling experience (not interested in construction planners)
• Must have demonstrated the appropriate communication skills to interact successfully with program and finance leaders.
• Strong understanding of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Analysis.
• Demonstrated Schedule analysis experience.
• Ability to resolve and/or mitigate negative float across multiple functions.
• Ability to develop an initial IMS from ground-up through conducting integrated deep dive.
• Strong understanding of process flows from engineering to production to final product.
• This candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize program and customer requirements, execute on personal and company commitments, and deliver results on time in a demanding environment.
• The depth and breadth of the candidates planning knowledge base, leadership skills, and interpersonal and presentation skills must be proven and demonstrable.
