As a System Administrator with our N-MRO team, you will provide support to our Navy customer on site, including system administrator duties, Tier 2 support, and direct communication with the program office. N-MRO Administrators serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and concerns, and troubleshooting any reported issues.

Your responsibilities will encompass, but not be limited to:
- Regular interaction with users, providing assistance with the N-MRO product suite.
- Conducting system and account maintenance.
- Regularly monitoring N-MRO software for availability and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
The following are the requirements for the job position:

- The applicant must have the ability to acquire and maintain DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA) within 60 days of being hired.
- The applicant should have some experience in IT, which can be in system, database, or network administration or a combination of these.
- The applicant must be able to work different shifts, including weekends, to support the customers mission requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Troubleshooting experience with web applications.
- Active Directory/Oracle/CRM account maintenance.
- Disaster recovery: backing up and restoring physical servers, virtual machines, databases, and network equipment.
- Virtual Machine Management Service for Hyper-V/VMware.
- Maintaining and upgrading system hardware, as well as startup and shutdown of rack components.
- Applying updates, antivirus/antispyware updates, and patch updates.
- Installing Oracle Critical Patches, reviewing tables and DBA views for issues, and locating user session data.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
