Job Title: Office Administrator
Department: Tire and Brake Shop
Reports To: Accountable Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process data into the computer system (CM Projects, Billing Sheets, etc.)
- Maintaining the Repair Station office and records for all work accomplished.
- Review each CM Project for completeness of work steps, signatures, and accuracy of data.
- Ensure that paperwork is accurate, legible, and accounted for at all times.
- Interface with the Records Department to ensure the accuracy of all scanned documents and accurate component status in the AMOS system.
- Setting up the customers work order requests and maintaining a link between the customer and Repair Station during the work process.
- Prepare customer billings invoices and perform accounting reconciliations.
- Keep the office environment clean and organized at all times.
- Perform any other functions as necessary related to the Repair Station as directed by the Accountable Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High school graduate; some college and/or technical school desirable. Computer knowledge of MS Office Components, Adobe Acrobat. Accounting Programs.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, write, and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written directions to assigned staff.
