In this role, you’ll handle essential office functions, maintain organized records, and ensure smooth communication across teams. • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, explain information, and address complaints
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other documentation
• Compute, record, and proofread data and reports for accuracy
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent multitasking, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Skilled in organizing and maintaining confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or GED required
• 10+ years of administrative or customer service-related experience preferred
