Davcor Aviation Services is seeking a highly motivated On Site Coordinator to serve as an embedded operational support partner at a major aviation customer location in Everett, WA. This role is critical to maintaining strong communication between recruiting, operations, client leadership, and the workforce while ensuring day-to-day staffing operations run efficiently in a fast-paced aviation environment.
This is not a traditional staffing coordinator role. The On Site Coordinator acts as an operational extension of Davcor Aviation Services within the customer environment and plays a key role in workforce execution, responsiveness, employee support, and operational coordination.
Position SummaryThe On Site Coordinator will act as a key on-site point of contact supporting workforce operations and recruiting coordination at the assigned customer location. This individual will work closely with Davcor Recruiters, the On Site Manager, hiring managers, operational leadership, and employees to ensure alignment between staffing demand, onboarding readiness, scheduling needs, and overall workforce support.
This position requires strong communication skills, urgency, professionalism, organization, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving aviation maintenance environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the On Site Manager with daily operational and workforce coordination activities
- Assist with additional administrative and operational support needs for the On Site Manager and field workforce
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between Davcor Recruiters, on-site leadership, and employees
- Coordinate closely with assigned recruiters regarding:
- Urgent staffing needs
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate pipeline updates
- Hiring priorities
- Start dates and onboarding logistics
- Support workforce onboarding readiness, badging processes, orientation coordination, and employee integration
- Maintain strong communication with operational leadership regarding workforce needs and staffing updates
- Assist with employee relations, attendance tracking, shift communication, and workforce engagement efforts
- Manage and coordinate bi-weekly payroll processing for assigned workforce employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Monitor workforce trends, turnover concerns, and operational challenges and communicate findings to Davcor Recruiters and leadership
- Ensure professionalism, accountability, and responsiveness within the field workforce
- Support hiring events, job fairs, recruiting initiatives, and workforce ramp-up projects as needed
- Uphold all company safety standards, client requirements, and FAA-regulated workplace expectations
Qualifications- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, workforce operations, aviation operations, HR support, payroll coordination, or customer-facing operational support preferred
- Aviation environment experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in fast-paced operational environments
- Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating with remote recruiting and on-site team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, and workforce management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive workforce situations
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within FAA-regulated or safety-sensitive environments
- Familiarity with onboarding coordination, badging, scheduling, attendance tracking, or payroll processing
- Experience supporting event coordination

- Walking large hangar or operational areas
- Exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and operational activity
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
