Our team is looking for an Ontic Authorized Service Center Auditor to join them. You will report to the Service Center Director and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.
To be considered for the Ontic Authorized Service Center Auditor opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Auditor qualification to ISO 9001 / AS9100 standard (minimum).
- Working knowledge of additional standards and regulations (e.g. AQAP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AS9100, AS9102, Part 21G, Part 145, ISO 14001, 22301, 27001, 45001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and CAPA experience.
- Confident use of MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management tools such as Q-Pulse or Net-Inspect.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing, listening, and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance detail with wider business impact.
- Flexibility to work beyond core hours when needed
- Familiarity with Ontic’s business model and the OASC relationships
- Experience of aerospace or defence industry essential.
- Educated to further education level (or equivalent vocational attainment) or able to demonstrate qualification by experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel (local and international) up to 50-70
As an Ontic Authorized Service Center Auditor, you will:
- Establish OASC audit criteria aligning with Ontic’s MRO quality standards.
- Conduct OASC audits in line with the established criteria and audit schedule.
- Plan, perform, report, and follow up on audits with precision and integrity.
- Identify and raise non-conformances and support corrective and preventative action plans.
- Participate in regular OASC program reviews providing quality insight and overview.
- Maintain and prioritize year-round contact with the OASC quality team.
- Support the development and execution of OASC account plans for quality related elements.
- Act as an Ontic advocate, educating the OASC about who Ontic is and the value Ontic bring.
- Manage OASC quality improvements where applicable.

Salary Range:
- $85,000- $120,000/year, based on experience
