We are seeking a General Counsel to provide legal leadership, manage the company’s legal affairs, and ensure compliance across all operations. As we continue to expand, this role will play a crucial part in managing litigation, legal contracts, regulatory compliance, and business strategy.

Position Overview:

The Operational Analyst enhances operational efficiency through data analysis, development of SOPs and process optimization. This role involves collecting and interpreting operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The operational analyst collaborates with various departments to streamline workflows, implement process enhancements, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

•    Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

•    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.

•    Present findings and actionable insights to senior management

SOP Development & Process Improvement:

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and update SOPs.

•    Ensure SOPs align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

•    Assist in training Team Members on new or revised procedures.

Operational Efficiency Initiatives:

•    Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

•    Support the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.

•    Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast operational challenges.
