As an operations research analyst, you will work on the management and development of the revenue management systems that are essential to Air France-KLM. With around 15 colleagues in Amsterdam and colleagues from the ‘sister’ department in Paris, you will work closely with end users to identify improvements that can be made. You will further specify these improvements with your agile team, consisting of colleagues in Amsterdam and IT professionals in France. In three-week sprints, you will work efficiently towards a working end product. The IT professionals will do the actual programming, and you will test whether it meets the improvements that end users would like to see. You will be involved in the entire process, and as the icing on the cake, you will be involved in training the end users.

You will work in our Amsterdam office, within the IMO Revenue Management team. This team collaborates closely with the revenue management teams at Air France and KLM. The team manager of Revenue Management will be your direct supervisor. Together, you will ensure the continuous improvement of the revenue management systems.
You will be part of the Systems and Innovation team, within Pricing & Revenue Management in Amsterdam. You will work closely with colleagues in Amsterdam, Paris and Valbonne. The team specialises in the various modules of the KLM Revenue Management System (KARMA) and plays a crucial role in optimising revenue management processes.
