ABOUT THE JOB

• Youll provide operational support to the Regional Operations Manager in the provision of transfer and shore excursion services.
• We need you to ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive and confirm all updates.
• The role involves overseeing and managing operational incidents, while reviewing that there is no impact in the delivery of operations, maintaining continuous communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You will collate all operational information in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing and post operation reporting.
• Monitoring that the terms and conditions of excursions and transfers meet the quality and operations standards agreed is a key responsibility.
• The position includes coordinating tour guide assignments based on operational needs and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required.
  

ABOUT YOU

• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Shorex or tour experience preferred
• Excel proficiency is essential for managing operational data effectively.
• Being able to work in a flexible manner (including different work shifts) is necessary for this role.
• Were looking for someone who can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
• Adapting easily to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learning new skills will be crucial for your success.
