Core Responsibilities:
•Work safely following safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
•Primary responsibility will be to pack and prepare small parcels for shipment to customers.
•GPP packing operations will be located in Shipping area, coordination with that team will be required.
•Support GPP assembly and Shipping departments as needed.
•Works to ensure that all daily shipments are made on-time, packaged to prevent damage are accurate in terms of quantity and items shipped.
•Produces quality works, including packages, subassemblies or units.
•Uses hand tools and small power tools in an efficient manner.
•Ensures workstation meets 6S standards when tasks are completed.
•Meets expectations after initial training.
•Works within specified production time frame.
•Maintains a good knowledge of all manufacturing operations and processes within the department.
•Performs job as instructed, must not deviate or change the process.
•Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
•Experience operating automated equipment.
•Knowledge of production requirements and meeting quotas.
•Proficiency with computers, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and logistics software.
•Experience using electric pallet jacks (preferred).
•Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills.
•High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
•1-2 years of warehouse experience.
•Familiarity with handheld scanners.
•Ability to stand for extended periods.
•Strong mechanical aptitude.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $17.50 to $18.50 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
