Own the entire experience. Every touchpoint. Every interaction. Every moment an owner engages with FlyEpic is yours to design, refine, and perfect.
Build Something Legendary
- Define what FlyEpic ownership means—the look, the feel, the vibe, the culture
 
- Transform fractional ownership from a transaction into a membership people brag about
 
- Create those 'holy shit, this is incredible' moments that turn owners into evangelists
 
- Be the personal concierge for our first owners (yes, you'll be hands-on) and set the gold standard for everyone who follows
 
Partner with the Best
- Work directly with our Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure we're not just selling dreams—we're delivering them
 
- Champion the owner's voice in every company decision
 
- Build a community, not just a customer base
 
Build the Foundation
- Real talk: We're early stage. That means you'll wear multiple hats.
 
- Create systems and processes that work when we're serving 10 owners and when we're serving 1,000
 
- Build and lead the Owner Experience team—but for now, it's all you
 
Who You Are
- You're not intimidated by blank canvases. You thrive on them.
 
- Experience in luxury hospitality, aviation, private clubs, or high-touch service environments
 
- Able to crate satisfied customers and turn them into raving fans and brand advocates
 
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves to handle accounting basics and HR setup
 
- Natural relationship builder who can connect authentically with high-net-worth individuals
 
- Strategic thinker who also obsesses over the details
 
Nice-to-Haves
- Aviation industry experience (fractional ownership, jet cards, charter)
