RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming passenger and preform passenger check-in
- Process payment for flights
- Answering the phone and help with inquiries
- Maintain the facilities orderliness
- Baggage handling, including weighing, tagging and accepting passenger luggage
- Make announcements regarding boarding, delays and cancellations
- Check boarding passes as passengers go to board plane
- Ensure all passengers comply with safety, security and baggage regulations
- Perform any other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
- Grade 9 education or equivalent
- Ability to speak an aboriginal language would be considered an asset
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities - Possess a high degree of professionalism
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Maintain calm in busy environment
