What the job is …

For our team in Copenhagen, we are looking for someone to support the updating and maintenance of our people management tools, supporting in particular our recruitment and onboarding process in terms of data entry and integrity.

These are the most important tasks in the role:

  • Ensure data integrity as a solid basis for our data driven PA processes

  • Coordinate recruitment activities - such as interacting with candidates, contributing to fostering SATAIR’s employer brand and employment marketing activities

  • Provide support and guidance to leaders on the recruitment process

  • Creation of purchase orders and vendors, approving invoices, etc.

  • Ad hoc support

Together with your four colleagues in the CPH team, you will ensure that the organization is provided with the best and most professional support and positive experience when they drop into our office or reach out to us.

When you have been fully onboarded on your primary tasks, you may also be tasked to:

  • Perform analyses of recruitment statistics in relation to relevant KPIs, acting on deviations and further optimize and make our processes smoother

  • Participate in smaller local or global projects, depending on your skills and interests

(This position can be either 37 or 30 hours a week)
 

How you will contribute to the team

Your educational background could be within HR, general administration or equivalent - but we are mostly interested in your experience with HR operational tasks, basic HR processes and deliveries. Preferably, you have experience from an international environment - most importantly, you are comfortable communicating in English (Danish proficiency is not a requirement for this role!)

It is very important that you are eager to learn and be proactive when a new topic arises that you have not dealt with before. As you will be working with a variety of complex tasks, it is also important that working in a structured manner comes naturally to you, as well as a high attention to detail and ability to focus on deliveries!
