Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent in education, training and experience. MBA preferred.
Minimum Experience
- Requires fifteen (15) or more years of related / relevant experience working contracts with US Government or USG Prime Contractors.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to perform work with minimal guidance of higher-level Contract Administration personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
- Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to upper leadership.
- Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and its supplements.
- Expert knowledge of all contract administration / management functions.
- Expert skills relative to maintaining detailed documentation of contracting transactions.
- Expert skills using software programs, such as, Outlook, Word, Excel, Acrobat and PowerPoint.
