Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent to support the BGS Modifications and Conversions Team based out of Long Beach, CA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
- Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ Years of experience in a Supply Chain or Procurement role
- 5+ Years of experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions
- SAP or ERP experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in analytics
- Experience in Project management
Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: Level 3: $79,900 - $108,100
Level 4: $102,000 - $138,000
