Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead coordinator for complex, multi-phase projects with minimal supervision.
Develop, maintain, and track project and portfolio plans using ServiceNow PPM.
Facilitate planning sessions and ensure alignment with agency strategic goals.
Translate stakeholder needs into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Collaborate with Government PMs and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
Create high-quality project documentation including POAMs, risk registers, change requests, and status reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, IT).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
U.S. Citizenship required by Federal Law.
3+ years of experience supporting operational management projects.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM, including:
Demand, Project, Resource, and Timecard Management.
Performance Analytics & Dashboard configuration.
Integration knowledge with Jira.
Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication.
Familiarity with DCSA or DoD adjudication and vetting processes is preferred.
