Honeywells ACST team is seeking a Sr. Program Specialist for our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO locations. 

•Citizenship Required: United States Citizenship.
•Clearance Required: Yes; you must either currently have or be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance.
•Telecommute: No - Teleworking not available for this position
•Travel Required: Some travel required - 20.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Prepare the master schedule for high complexity projects in accordance with the contract requirements, company best practices and scheduling best practices
• Responsible for working closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules
• Analyze the impact of schedule delays and major schedule changes
• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
• Monitor projects progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
• Perform coordination of cross-functional teams to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
• Improve processes related to program scheduling including critical path analysis
• Actively participate in project reviews and provide clear, accurate project schedule assessment
• Give proactive advice to drive successful project completion thru various decision support tools/reports
• Analyze resource allocation in relation to the project schedule

•Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. 

Compensation & Benefits:
Non-Incentive Eligible  
Salary Range:$103,000. - $155,000.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of relevant Project Management, Project Controls, or Scheduling/Planning experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

• Bachelors degree in Business, Science or Engineering, Finance or Accounting related field
