Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
Location: Hybrid – Hazelwood, MO 63042 (Onsite required on select days)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate Starting at : $54.32 per hour
Your ImpactAs a Programming Analyst, you will support the full software development lifecycle for Manufacturing Quality enterprise applications. Your work will directly contribute to stabilizing, securing, modernizing, and evolving systems that ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence across aerospace manufacturing environments.
You’ll play a key role in application modernization efforts including cloud migration, DevSecOps adoption, Agile execution, and AI-enabled software engineering initiatives.
What You’ll DoStabilize & Secure Enterprise ApplicationsDevelop, deploy, and maintain multiple Java/Oracle enterprise applications
Support additional applications across various technologies, learning new platforms as needed
Ensure system security compliance and remediate technical debt
Manage system configuration and change control processes
Provide production support and resolve cross-enterprise software/infrastructure issues
Support regulatory compliance and quality audits
Continuously expand knowledge of system functionality, infrastructure, and business processes
Balance multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Execute Strategic IT InitiativesContribute to cloud migration initiatives
Support DevSecOps integration
Work within Agile development frameworks
Apply AI software engineering and automation techniques
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in software development, deployment, maintenance, and support
3+ years of experience in:
1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment
1+ year of professional experience in AI software engineering & automation
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 5+ years of related work experience, or equivalent combination (e.g., Master’s + 3 years, PhD, or 9+ years related experience)
Preferred QualificationsExperience with WebSphere and Spring Boot
Experience with integration tools and methodologies (ETL, Autosys, Pub/Sub, JSON, RESTful Web Services, Perl)
Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, JetBrains Suite, Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA
Experience with AppScan, Coverity Code Security Scans and remediation, and CyberArc
Advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher)
