Morson are recruiting a Project Planner to support our Emersons Green based client on a part time basis. The contract will be for a minimujm 3 months but will more than likely continue a lot longer and will be 3 days per week.
The Project Planner will have NEC4 Programme plan experience - understanding of specific requirements for a plan on an NEC4 contract and construction plan creation/project experience - Construction project experience. Design/RIBA phases and typical activities
The following is required:
• NEC4 Programme plan experience
• Construction plan creation/project experience
• Plan creation, ownership and maintenance
• Develop resource profile from plans
• Roll-up of multiple plans to masterplan, including subcontract consultants
• RAID creation, administration and development
• Microsoft Project (must have)
• Primavera P6 (nice to have)
• CEMAR administration (nice to have)
• Subcontractor management (nice to have)
