Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Quality Systems Specialist to join our 737 North Line Team in Everett, WA.
The successful candidate will start onboarding and training in Renton and transition to Everett as their permanent site after the North Line becomes active.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and creative thinking skills, utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions. It is essential that the candidate can effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams and establish partnerships with senior leaders. Additionally, the candidate should have a background in program and project management, along with a solid understanding of LEAN principles and root cause corrective action. Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments will be key responsibilities for the candidate. The candidate should have a good grasp of processes, rules, and regulations. Adaptability to changes in tasks, work environment, and work structures is a key strength.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional teams across multi-site to create and deploy policies, processes, procedures and metrics to align with program objectives, customers’ expectations, and regulatory requirements
Utilize data analysis and metrics to identify root causes and develop action plans
Leads cross-functional organizations in analysis of processing data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems, develop and implement preventive or corrective actions
Conducts research, compiles and analyzes reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Leads efforts to identify projects and processes improvement implementations
Implements solutions for corrective action solutions.
Keeps senior leadership informed about the preparation and outcomes of internal and third-party audits
Contributes to the development of new processes and standards.
Works independently with minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience preparing and delivering a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to leadership or a customer group
3+ years of experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
3+ years of experience in collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
3+ years of experience in leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
Experience in database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning tools (SQL, R, Python, JMP, Tableau, etc.)
Experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle
Experience in applying LEAN manufacturing/BPSM techniques for process improvement
Experience in program management

Summary Pay Range: $86,700 - $117,300
