Shape the Future of Quality in AviationPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to bring on a strategic and highly collaborative Quality Systems Specialist. In this impactful role, you will work closely with global leadership to drive quality initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across a complex, high-performance environment. Your expertise will directly influence decision-making, performance outcomes, and continuous improvement on a global scale.
What You’ll DoAs a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Global Quality Leader and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of global quality strategies and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove obstacles and accelerate decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights and updates to leadership teams
- Lead and manage special projects and high-priority initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across quality systems and processes
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict confidentiality
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management, operations, or strategic program management
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams (Chief of Staff, program management, or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, results-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global, cross-cultural organization
- Background in aviation, aerospace, or highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise-level quality initiatives

Pay Details: $48.23 to $60.00 per hour
