Helicopter Institute is a rapidly growing provider of Part 141 Helicopter Flight Training, as well as a provider of Part 135/91 helicopter tours and charters. This position will have direct customer contact in a fast-paced environment, while also being in a supportive role to the other departments within the company
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for customers calling and for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
This position involves direct contact with students/customers from greeting to answering the office phone with basic information on training courses, charter and tour pricing, taking payments, classroom prep, directing students to appropriate training areas, managing office supply inventory, student refreshment areas, meeting rooms schedule, data entry, processing student records, printing books, preparing student training files and various other tasks involved in the operation of the facility. This role is also responsible for the cleaning and preparing of each classroom (to include vacuuming and wiping surfaces within all customer interface areas of the school). This position reports to the Director of Administration, but also works closely with other divisions of the company to ensure compliance requirements are met, and various other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.
