As Career Advisor at Jet Access, you will drive talent acquisition by sourcing and recruiting top candidates while managing the full-cycle hiring process across all business verticals. This role combines strategic recruitment spaneting with hands-on candidate management, succession planning, and administrative support for the HR team. Youll develop compelling recruitment content, build candidate pipelines, and ensure seamless hiring experiences while supporting our continued growth and embodying our core values.

 

Day in the Life:

As the Career Advisor at Jet Access, youll lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting broader HR initiatives across our growing organization. Heres what your role encompasses:

 

 

Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting

  •        Actively source and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  •        Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across all business verticals
  •        Network with professional groups, alumni associations, and veteran organizations to build diverse candidate pools
  •        Attend virtual and in-person job fairs and hiring events to promote company brand and open positions
  •        Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and tools
  •        Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

 

Hiring Process Management

  •        Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job requirements
  •        Post job advertisements across multiple sourcing platforms and monitor their effectiveness
  •        Screen candidate resumes and applications using reliable selection tools and methodologies
  •        Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates knowledge, skills, and cultural fit
  •        Coordinate interview schedules and provide hiring managers with candidate evaluation tools
  •        Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees to ensure successful integration

 

Recruitment Marketing Strategy

  •        Create compelling recruitment spaneting content including job postings, social media content, and employer branding materials
  •        Develop and execute digital spaneting campaigns to attract top talent across various channels
  •        Maintain and enhance companys reputation as an employer of choice through strategic content creation
  •        Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust spaneting strategies to improve candidate attraction and conversion rates
  •        Collaborate with spaneting team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

 

Succession Planning

  •        Work with leadership to identify key positions and develop succession plans across the enterprise
  •        Assess internal candidates for advancement opportunities and support their development planning
  •        Create career path frameworks and development goals for existing employees
  •        Maintain succession planning documentation and regularly review with department leaders
  •        Support leadership development initiatives and internal mobility programs

 

Administrative Support & Special Projects

  •        Provide administrative support to the HR team including documentation, reporting, and process improvement
  •        Monitor regulatory changes in hiring practices across states where Jet Access operates
  •        Assist with special HR projects, employee events, and company initiatives as needed
  •        Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate candidate tracking and reporting
  •        Complete special projects and initiatives as needed, embracing opportunities to contribute to Jet Accesss continued growth and success

What will make you successful:

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  •        Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  •        Minimum 3-5 years of external recruiting experience with demonstrated success in active sourcing
  •        Experience with content creation for recruitment spaneting, including social media and digital campaigns
  •        Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
  •        Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems
  •        Experience conducting various types of interviews and candidate assessments
  •        Excellent written and verbal communication skills with content creation capabilities
  •        Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  •        Strong decision-making abilities and customer service orientation
  •        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting software platforms
  •        Must pass required background checks and pre-employment screening
  •        Professional appearance and demeanor with ability to represent Jet Access at industry events
  •        Commitment to Jet Accesss values of safety, excellence, and positive culture

 

Additional Qualities That Will Make You Successful:

  •        Experience in aviation or related industries with understanding of technical roles
  •        Advanced knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding strategies
  •        Experience with succession planning and internal mobility programs
  •        Familiarity with diverse sourcing techniques including passive candidate engagement
  •        Background in creating multimedia content for recruitment purposes
  •        Experience with data analysis and recruitment metrics tracking
  •        Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance across multiple states
  •        Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  •        Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
  •        Experience supporting HR administrative functions and special projects
  •        Track record of building and maintaining talent pipelines in competitive spanets

Core Schedule:

  •        Days: Monday through Friday (In-Office)
  •        Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  •        Evening/weekend hours may be required for various events and initiatives

 

Compensation:

  •        Base Salary of $60,000 – $75,000 (annualized), paid bi-weekly.
  •        Variable Compensation Plan provides additional earning potential for successful pilot and maintenance technician hires per the Career Advisor Variable Compensation Policy.
  •        Variable Compensation Potential: $25,000 – $30,000 annually based on projected hiring volumes*
  •        Total Cash Compensation Package: $87,000 – $105,000

*Variable compensation based on anticipated hiring needs and retention rates. Actual earnings will vary based on hiring success and candidate qualifications.
