Regulatory Administrator
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role:
Submit applications for seasonal and ad hoc flight permits to Civil Aviation/Aeronautical Authorities under the oversight of the Government and Public Affairs Department.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly cooperate with key cross-functional stakeholders, such as the Operations Control Center, Scheduling, or Navigation functions.
- Support the Route Permits Manager in ensuring that all Wizz Air routes have valid permits to fly over and land at designated countries and airports respectively.
- Submit seasonal applications and manage permit amendments every time there is a schedule change implemented by the company.
- Understand the process of each spanet and apply for permits in the appropriate manner and always within the required timeline.
- Support automation and digitalization process of traffic rights management; provide feedback to the Route Permits Manager on areas to be improved/automated.
