Primary Job Duties
Successful candidate will have experience working with SkyTrack and Microsoft Office products. They must be able to take direction, work independently, create and present reports for and to SkyWest Maintenance Leadership - as well as communicate and work well with others in a team environment.
- Interior audit coordination
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Gathering and updating the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting presentation
- Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report
- Scheduling and presenting meetings
- Updating all M-38’s, control charts, and monitoring charts
- Posting Reliability Reports to the FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list
- Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report
- Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA SharePoint
- Maintaining files
