Position SummaryDavcor Aviation Services is seeking a high-performing Remote Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives in Everett, WA.
This role is not a passive recruiting position. It is built for individuals who can move quickly, manage high-volume pipelines, and stay aligned with real-time operational needs.
The ideal candidate is located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST) to support operational alignment and responsiveness with the Everett, WA site and leadership team.
You will work directly with on-site Davcor representatives and leadership to ensure hiring demands are met efficiently without compromising candidate quality.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role will also support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts by managing one designated company social media channel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for aviation maintenance and support roles
- Maintain and actively build evergreen candidate pipelines
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and qualify candidates based on role requirements and work environment
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates
- Partner daily with on-site Davcor representatives to align on hiring priorities
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS
- Maintain urgency in response times for candidates and hiring managers
- Support high-volume hiring needs and rapid workforce ramp-ups
- Manage one assigned company social media channel to support recruiting and employer branding efforts
- Assist with creation and scheduling of hiring-related social media content including job highlights, hiring campaigns, and workforce engagement initiatives
- Represent Davcor Aviation Services during hiring events, job fairs, client engagement activities, and industry trade events as needed
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking individuals who are driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
- Must have prior aviation recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing ability and comfort with outbound recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using ATS platforms (UKG Ready, Bullhorn, or similar preferred)
- Understanding of aviation roles (A&P Mechanics, AMTs, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and professional online communication preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically for hiring events, client engagement activities, and trade events
- Preferred candidate located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
