Job Description:

Satair is looking for a Repair & Warranty Specialist (A220 Proprietary Services) to join our team based in Herndon, VA.

You will be part of the team to be responsible for administering proprietary parts, tool repairs, warranties, leases and exchange orders in accordance with Satair objectives and strategies ensuring that our products and services are delivered on time, meeting quality and cost for the highest of customers’ satisfaction.

Your challenges:

  • Act as the central point of contact for A220 Proprietary Parts repair, lease and exchange &43; A220 Tools lease and repair inquiries as well as for commercial questions of Satair’s customers and the respective repair stations.
  • Manage customers’ Repair/Lease/Exchange Orders & Warranty claims while closely monitoring that the suppliers/repair
    stations conform to contractually agreed obligations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluate and assess customer-specific problems / complaints as well as coordination of the developed delivery solutions
    with Airbus Canada & Satair-internal departments and external interfaces, taking into account all activities in the supply
    chain.
  • Act as the A220 Repair & Warranty Specialist In-Charge for the global A220 Repair & Warranty Specialist team for A220
    Proprietary Parts or A220 Tools service offering.

Your boarding pass:

  • Associate Degree or 2 year Certificate Program diploma required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service function; including leases(good understanding of After Sales Supply Chain).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Knowledge of financial statements specifically in the areas of repair, leasing and exchanges.

Citizenship:

  • Authorized to work in the US without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
