Morson Talent are recruiting for multiple Survival Equipment Specialists to join a key aerospace programme based at RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire.

This is an ongoing contract opportunity supporting critical role equipment for a military transport aircraft.

You’ll be working as part of a high-performing maintenance team, servicing chemical oxygen generators, life vests, and other role-specific equipment in line with OEM and regulatory standards.

Rate: 33.00 per hour Umbrella / 24.66 PAYE

Contract: Ongoing

Hours: Full-time, shift-based

We’re looking for candidates with:

An apprenticeship or equivalent in aircraft maintenance or survival equipment

Hands-on experience with survival or role-specific equipment

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow regulated maintenance practices

Confidence in using digital maintenance systems

Desirable experience includes A400M familiarity, defence aerospace background, and knowledge of Human Factors and FOD prevention.
