Role Introduction
Reports to: Roster and Strategic Planning Lead
The Roster Planning Specialist sits under the Cabin Crew Planning team in the Inflight Services Delivery Department. The Roster Planning Specialist will be responsible for assisting Assistant Manager Roster Planning by supporting the pre-assignment, attendance update and CATSEN change for specific trainings on services and fleet qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal stakeholders to arrange and pre-assign crew qualification for the workshops and revalidation
- Design and implement training plans regarding specific service related workshops and re-validation/ fleet qualification
- Monitor and report on roster compliance and workshop completion rate
- Maintain a record of fleet qualification/ revalidation name list
- Recommend potential areas of process improvements
- Ensure a prompt response to workshop and revalidation related enquiries
Requirements
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Sound knowledge of rostering and in-depth understand of cabin crew operations
- A good team player and also able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
