Job Summary

The SAP Analyst will support and maintain the organizations HRIS applications and modules. This will include but not limited to the management of all data pertaining to the employees and updates to the HRIS system to maintain alignment with the organization’s business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS end users.
  •  Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions based on business needs.
  • Develop and implement new processes for efficient HR Management
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathering HRIS data.
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Design and maintain system user manuals and guides.
  • Establish and provide training to internal team members and external end users.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of HRM software
  • Experience in documenting processes, all well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 4-6 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • SHRM-CP desirable.
Preferred Skills
  • Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
  • SAP Employee Central knowledge preferred
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Basic knowledge of  data protection regulations
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus
