Skills You Bring To this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Applied Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degrees and certification in Aviation Safety and Data Analysis will be considered as additional experience.
- 3 years in aviation safety analytics or adjacent fields.
- Experience with data capture and analysis for either an aircraft OEM or medium to large aviation operator.
- Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards and charts using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python/R, Excel, or comparable platforms.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey analytical insights to technical and non‑technical audiences at all organizational levels, across large cross‑functional groups, and to customers.
- Ability to audit, analyze, and communicate data, trends, and safety information to support change management initiatives and enhance overall safety performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product support, quality, and safety stakeholders in a regulated OEM environment.
