Job Description:

We have a unique opportunity for a senior administrator to join the Emirates Group legal team supporting the world’s largest international airline and one of the world’s most dynamic aviation groups. 


You will provide support to the Legal Compliance and Corporate Governance team who manage compliance programs across the Group. The team is responsible for matters relating to antitrust, anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions & export control and other key areas of legal compliance and corporate governance, including company secretarial support. As an integral part of that team, you will provide administrative support across all legal compliance related matters, including:



Legal Compliance


• Managing the team’s task list by ensuring all new matters are captured and extracting reports from the system.


• Management of training databases, including the provision of support to ad hoc employee mapping exercises, periodic updates of training records, tracking completion rates across the group and extracting reports and provision of trend analysis to the team.


• Gift and Hospitality Platform administrative support - Management of the G&H declaration database and dashboard, including the provision of trend analysis to the team and related tasks.


• Monitor compliance communication plans across core areas.


• iManage administrative support.


• Maintenance of internal portals containing information on Group Legal, including compliance content.


• Provide Excel / project management support regarding tracking of strategic projects and upkeep of evaluation plans ensuring they are up to date and accurate.


• Assisting the Legal Compliance team in meeting compliance targets and accreditations and working with internal departments to complete compliance related tasks that have been assigned to you by the Legal Compliance team.



Corporate Governance


Supporting the Corporate Governance team with administrative tasks during holiday cover.



If you have excellent administration skills, including a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong English language skills for communication, and experience of managing databases (and data analytics), we would like to hear from you.

Job Requirements:



Administration.General administration : 3+ Years




12 Years schooling or equivalent :

Experience in a relevant role. Supervisory experience is preferable. Knowledge/skills: Thorough knowledge and understanding of computer applications relevant to the role.
