We are looking for a Senior Application Development Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual who understands how to align business needs with scalable, secure, and high-impact technological solutions, ensuring that digital products evolve efficiently while improving user experience, operational processes, and overall service quality.
As a key technology business partner, this position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business areas and technical teams by optimizing the identification, validation, prioritization, and management of requirements before they are sent to development. Success in this role is measured through KPIs such as response times to business requests, user satisfaction, backlog efficiency, and the reduction of critical incidents.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency for professional documentation and communication with global teams.
- Certifications in Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, Product Management, AWS, DevOps, or Scrum Master are considered a strong plus.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or IT service management roles.
- Proven experience gathering, validating, documenting, and refining business requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs using agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, priorities, and improvement initiatives.
- Background overseeing the operational performance of digital products, including incident management, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience monitoring system performance metrics, analyzing recurring incidents, and driving corrective actions.
- Ability to work primarily as a technology business partner, with strong interaction with business areas while maintaining effective coordination with technical teams.
Skills to succeed:
- Strong knowledge of product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Aha!, and Monday.com.
- Solid understanding of agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, backlog management, refinement sessions, and daily ceremonies.
- Expertise in business rules definition, functional analysis, and process modeling using UML, BPMN, Lucidchart, or Draw.io.
- Technical knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch), with familiarity with Azure as a plus.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of data management and integrations, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, REST/SOAP APIs, and testing tools like Postman.
- Understanding of modern software architectures such as microservices, SOA, high availability, and security fundamentals.
- Basic infrastructure knowledge in Windows Server, Linux, and networking concepts.
- Strong leadership without authority, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- High adaptability, results orientation, critical thinking, and strong focus on change management and solution adoption
