The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the team in Everett, WA.
This position is for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for leading SHIELD system development to execute Boeing Hazardous Energy policies and processes across all Business Units.
The ideal candidate must be able to navigate a dynamic work environment to curate, prioritize, perform ROI calculations, and manage governance of a portfolio of system enhancement requests, working in multiple time zones with a diverse group of colleagues and customers to deliver a comprehensive strategy and system development roadmap. This position will also orchestrate system testing, work closely with IT developers and business unit focals, develop training documents, and communicate system status to leaders and executives.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads the continued integration of data across EHS value streams into a unified system (SHIELD)
Evaluates existing and proposed processes for technical effectiveness and compliance with functional requirements
Develops and manages a comprehensive management of change (MOC) process for EHS systems, ensuring appropriate decisions are made at each project gate
Prepares administrative and technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership
Communicates frequently across organizational and leadership boundaries, providing translation between EHS, business partners, and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment
Aligns processes and expectations across EHS with technical systems, ensuring data flow, integrity, and privacy
The successful candidate will assure environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements are met, interface with regulatory agencies, coordinates site inspections, prepares and submits permit applications and other required documents. Develops and conducts SHIELD training. Conduct periodic assessments of workplace programs and practices to assure effectiveness. Assess risks, develop and implement risk mitigations for new and ongoing business activities. Evaluates new regulations for impact on company business activities. Other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
5+ years of experience in a role which required negotiating skills to influence decisions
5+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skills

Summary pay range: $109,650 – $148,350
