The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or North Charleston, SC.
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a specialist to join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation team focused on implementing SAP S/4 as BCA’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Supply Chain functions.
Organizational Change Management plays a critical role in analyzing, prioritizing, introducing, socializing, and minimizing impacts from large-scale changes that result from people, process, or technology shifts.
The transition from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPLN) to SAP will affect people, processes, and technology across the organization, and the role includes analyzing change impacts, prioritizing Supply Chain resources to address the most critical changes, cataloging and tracking actions to mitigate impacts, developing training content to prepare impacted sites for a successful SAP deployment, measuring the value of changes, and facilitating necessary updates to documentation (Command Media) to align with the new ERP.
Position Responsibilities:
Changing impact assessments to impact groups or organizations
Training curriculum development review and testing
Changing management analysis and testing for SAP S/4 implementations
Communicating with key stakeholders through multiple media platforms
Ensuring the organization realizes targeted benefits from the SAP implementation by aligning people, processes, and behaviors to business outcomes
Supporting Command Media Management
Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders
Designing end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
Creating test plans, support System Integrated Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign‑off on functional deliverables
Contributing to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
Applying SAP Activate Methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
5+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Support System Analysis, Spares, Provisioning, Technical Data, Training, Maintenance/Modifications and Support Equipment
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
5+ years of experience in Business Process and/or Services Modeling
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting, Analytics and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
5+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
3+ years of experience with Project Management/leading teams

Summary pay range: $102,850 - $148,350
