Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst and EHS Integrator (level 4) to join our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team in Renton, Washington.
The Business Process Analyst and EHS Systems Integration focal will spearhead the integration of cross-functional processes across various stakeholder groups, significantly impacting overall company performance.
This role involves overseeing the Enablon system and other EHS IT systems from a business partner perspective, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and chemical regulatory requirements while driving process improvements and fostering a culture of effective process management.

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the continued integration of data across EHS value streams into a unified system (Enablon) with over 120,000 users and 83 workstreams
- Evaluate existing and proposed processes for technical effectiveness and compliance with functional requirements
- Develop and manage a comprehensive management of change (MOC) process for EHS systems, ensuring appropriate decisions are made at each project gate
- Prepare administrative and technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership
- Communicate frequently across organizational and leadership boundaries, providing translation between EHS, consultants (Arcadis), and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Align processes and expectations across EHS with technical systems, ensuring data flow, integrity, and privacy
- Work closely with and oversee work done by Arcadis, our systems consultant, managing the associated contract effectively
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a role which required negotiating skills to influence decisions
- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Enablon
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or related fields
- Knowledgeable in finance and modeling concepts

Summary pay range: $115,500 - $135,000
