Overview

We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join and enhance our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who is passionate about driving compensation strategies and excels in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Information Systems, Legal, Finance, and our leadership teams to deliver critical compensation analysis, shape and implement a structured compensation framework, and ensure the integrity and competitiveness of our compensation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis to design and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and market research to determine appropriate salary grades and ranges.
  • Provide recommendations for existing, new, offers, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the global compensation programs including but not limited to job architecture design and implementation, annual year-end compensation planning systems administration.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process, including budget allocation, salary increases, and bonus payouts.
  • Support the management and design of our HR System/modules as it relates to compensation.
  • Assist with the administration of year-end compensation review process, including preparation of data, communication and training to HR Business Partners, and consolidation of data for approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain job classifications and salary levels by assessing jobs and their respective duties.
  • Participate in related analytical projects and support market survey submission processes.
  • Prepare compensation reports and documents for the HR team and management.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in compensation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Attention to detail, focusing on completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks and projects with varying deadlines. Excellent project management, organizational, and follow-up skills are necessary to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently identify, analyze, and resolve challenges to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, pay structure design, and compensation principles, programs, and practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team, conduct research, cost analysis, and formulate and present conclusions regarding business issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in an easily understandable format.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Excel, Access, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), with knowledge of Dayforce and PayFactors considered a strong plus.
  • Commitment to handling HR information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,500
