What You Will Do

Strategic Business Development and Team Leadership

  • Identify and collaborate with Afterspanet Sales team to formulate sales proposals and win assigned go-get opportunities.

  • Identify and pursue incremental sales growth on strategic customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with NPI to drive strategic business growth such as OEM and GTF work.

  • Assume technical and operation lead for Customer Service team.

Customer Account Management

  • Accountable for consistent positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) of assigned customers.

  • Act as the direct focal point with assigned customers on all customer issues.  

  • Cultivate positive customer experience culture with expanded and increased customer touched points, including business review preparation and presentation.

  • Oversee customer contract management & maintenance, ensure accurate and timely preparations of weekly, daily and monthly update reports to customers, and coordinate customer’s visits.

  • Manage weekly internal customer critical orders, warranty claims/ RRCA and technical enquiries of existing orders.

  • Manage customer credit release, raise credit notes, streamline processes and verify invoice accuracy.

  • Provide accurate, timely status reports and ensure excellent communication with customers on all matters.

  • Manage and assist in Account Receivables, Dispute Resolution, Technical, Forecasting or any other related matters in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Apply CORE tools in day-to-day operations and participate in CORE activities, to improve turnaround time for customers and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

  • Actively support and participate in EHS Projects and Initiatives.

  • Duty travel as and when required for performance review.

  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Engineering disciplines from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Aerospace MRO or Customer Service experience.

  • Strong adaptability skills in managing surges in customer demands.

  • Strong application of MS Office such as PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Good interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.

  • Strong team player to support department goals.

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Able to travel in short notice.
