We’re looking for a true China-platform native. Someone who understands Douyin and Xiaohongshu beyond surface-level trends. You’ll lead MOVE’s presence on China social platforms, ensuring content feels locally authentic while staying aligned with our regional brand direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
China Social Strategy
Develop and execute Douyin and Xiaohongshu strategies
Localise regional campaigns with cultural nuance
Identify trends and platform shifts early
Content Production
Conceptualise and produce platform-native content
Write and optimise Mandarin copy
Ensure discoverability through smart tagging, keywords, and format optimisation
Creator & Growth
Identify and collaborate with local KOLs and creators
Monitor engagement trends and adapt quickly
Provide cultural insights to regional teams
