As part of the Program Planning family you will support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. Our Program Planners are trusted partners and strategic advisors.
This position is located at our (Goleta, CA) location, with the possibility of relocation assistance.
As a Senior Integrated Program Planner, your duties may include:
-Supporting Program Management in the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing Planning products
-Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
-Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconfliction
-Supporting of Proposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parameters
-Formulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
-Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycle
-Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Earned Value Management System

Basic Qualifications:
*Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
*Scheduling tools experience such as MS Project and Open Plan.
*Schedule Metrics generation & reporting.
*Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication & presentation skills.
*Strong Organizational skills. Detail oriented.
*Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
*Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization.
*Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills:
*Extensive knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) & Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
*Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
*Open Plan & MS Project skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
