Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Operational Readiness Analyst to join our team in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ.
The BGS Government Services Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Transformation organization is initiating a step-change improvement in the way that we support our customers through the adoption of SAP’s S4/HANA ERP system. In this exciting role, you will help our ERP team engage with business and functional process teams to ensure business needs are captured and understood by the ERP implementation team. In addition, you will lead analysis efforts on how to optimally structure organizations and workflows to operate most effectively with Boeing’s updated ERP system. This multi-year sustained business improvement effort is an opportunity to directly contribute to successfully establishing ERP tools and processes configured to meet BGS Government Services’ needs.
As an Operational Readiness Analyst within the Change Management team, you will play an active role in developing training and engagement plans, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders on impending changes to business processes, as well as organizing user acceptance criteria to ensure the business’ operational capability is maintained throughout implementation. In addition, you will interface with functional subject matter experts and collaborate with IT & ERP Systems Integrators to design and create optimized processes that utilize ERP best practices to realize maximum benefits of SAP’s S4/HANA capabilities throughout the business’ functional teams that adopt this new system.
Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops with process owners and stakeholders
- Display a deep understanding of ERP modules & their related business processes
- Make recommendations on organization structures needed to reinforce effective use of the ERP solution set
- Engage with internal functional leadership to familiarize them with planned operational changes and the resulting ERP benefits, as well as interfacing with the end-user community for effective ERP adoption
- Collaborate with other ERP Core team colleagues to maintain adherence to internal KPI’s & governance guidance
- Participate in testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support to ensure overall success of ERP deployments
- Ensure business readiness to operate using ERP tools & resources
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ experience working with business & functional operations (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.)
- 5+ years’ experience briefing to Executive & Senior levels of Leadership
- Experience leading or managing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with ERP implementation (SAP preferred)
- Experience developing organizational structures to improve and optimize business operations
- Formal experience as a Project / Program Manager
- Familiarity with Boeing’s Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), Agile Project Management, or experience as a Scrum Master

Summary pay range: $113,050 - $152,950
