Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst (L5) to join their team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Function support of the enterprise standard gated process related to government programs (Business Capture)

  • Coordination of compliant Buy Packages, Request For Proposal (RFP) development, supplier proposal and Price/Cost Analysis reports (PAR/CAR) tracking and reporting.

  • Project support including International Offset, Obsolescence, Affordability, Retrofit, DR/MIP and Technical Enhancements

  • Functional Support of BGS Design/Make Buy changes and Work Transfers

  • Support updates to Supplier Management Small Business Plan, SCM Business Preparedness Plan, Affordability Plans and Program/BGS processes and Procedures

  • Functional representation on change/risk boards and corrective action teams

  • Follow-on activity including delivery tracking & receiving discrepancies/clearance

This position is expected to be 100 onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.

If the successful candidate is not a “U.S. Person“ (as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 “U.S. Person” includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees) and the position requires access to export-controlled data, an appropriate export authorization by the U.S. Government may be required prior to such access. Employment, and the continuity of employment of non-U.S. persons, is contingent upon the company’s ability to secure and maintain the necessary export control authorization.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

  • 5+ years of experience in contracts/supplier management

  • 5+ years of experience in US Government-funded procurements

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite and tools

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 5+ years of experience supporting deliverables for both internal and external customers

  • 5+ years of experience reporting status to senior and executive leadership

  • 5+ years of experience in proposing, negotiating, and executing contracts and/or subcontracts is desired

  • 5+ years of experience in project management

  • 5+ years government contracting; experience supporting Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 15 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $119,000 - $161,000
