PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-driven Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support a short-term procurement initiative. This is a high-impact opportunity for experienced sourcing professionals to lead strategic procurement efforts across multiple categories and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery.

About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end sourcing processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals. This hybrid role requires at least three days onsite per week and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact over an estimated 8–10 week engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing initiatives and manage procurement processes across assigned categories
Analyze spanet trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
Evaluate vendor quotes and capabilities to onboard optimal suppliers
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing strategies
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements
Monitor supplier compliance and performance metrics
Contribute to strategic procurement planning and process improvements

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools
Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and cost analysis techniques

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
